Make it easier to use!

I hope you can make your site a little more user friendly. Can’t tell you how many people 1. Thought it might be a scam. 2. Some didn’t understand why they had to sign in to your website? 3. I had a hard time putting it together! I felt like I had to question you often! I did something like this 5 plus years ago, and I didn’t remember it being this challenging!  Plus I don’t remember spending $100. 4. I wrote in several times and told you the music I wanted, I mentioned Blues music but that didn’t happen! 5. And lastly the whole project turned out to be ok! But I constantly felt frustrated and incompetent! Not sure I would spend $100 again to use your site!
